Customer Satisfaction

  • I will do everything I can to make my clients satisfied about their commission(s).

  • If you have any problem regarding the commissioned piece, please tell me right away, so we can find a solution together.

  • Your entire satisfaction is my end goal, so communication is the most important part of the commission process.

  • As such, if you have some issues with communication, please don’t hesitate to let me know beforehand, so I can adapt myself to you.

General guidelines

  • By commissioning me, you agree to have read and fully agreed to my terms of service.

  • Prices shown are for personal use only.

  • I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

  • I do NOT authorize using any of my pieces as NFT.

  • Furthermore, I do NOT authorize using any of my pieces to feed any AI generator or use in an AI generator in any way.

  • I reserve the right to post commissioned pieces on my social media platforms with your @, but I will hold off on doing so in the event of a surprise gift commission. Please let me know if this is the case.

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission

  • Any ill behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Please write in a clear and sympathetic manner.

  • Price will vary depending on the complexity of the character design, background or other elements I deem fit.

Customer Use

  • The commissioner reserves the right to:

  • Claiming rights to the character, but not the drawing itself.

  • Sharing/Reposting the artwork any place they see fit, with proper credit.

  • Printing the artwork for personal use only.

  • Reproducing/using copyrighted artwork commercially without my knowledge.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own.

  • Removing my signature from the artwork.

  • Changing the artwork without my consent.

Payment

  • I use Paypal, Venmo and Cashapp.
    Preferred payment methods

  • Payments can be done as follows:

  • 50% before I start your commission and 50% before I send the finished piece.

  • OR 50% before I start your commission and 50% while I’m finishing the piece.

  • OR 100% before I start working on your commission.

  • If the commission amount is over $200, payment plans are offered for returning customers only!

  • I will ONLY start working on your commission after receiving full, half, or the first-rate of the agreed payment.

  • !! Paying a Rush Fee means that you will be put at the top of my to-do list!
    We can discuss how much together.

  • Please, give me a realistic deadline if needed, I can’t make a fully detailed illustration in less than a week.

Rights Rates

  • Personal rights are free of charge.

  • Private rights are an extra 50% of the final quote price.

  • Commercial rights will be decided case by case.

Refunds and Cancellation

  • I will issue a 50% refund for cancellations if done so before the sketch phase is complete/before the lineart is started.

  • I do not offer refunds for cancellations if I have completed 50% or more of your commission or if I've started the lineart.

  • You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission.

  • After 3 days of unpaid invoice for your first/full payment, your slot will be forfeited if another person pays in due time.

Delivery time

  • If a completion date is required, an estimated delivery time will be provided upon the start of the commission.

  • The time of delivery is based on active buyer responses to my inquiries, delay may arise if not.

  • Delays may arise depending on next factors: order of commission, complexity, health, work, or family issues.

  • If delays arise, you will be notified.

  • If you choose a payment plan expanding over the delivery time, delay before completion will rise.
    In this case, I will work on your commission as much of the payment I have received.

Commissioner's Information

  • Provide numerous useful references. I can guide you if needed, just state it.

  • If I have to find references myself, an additional 50% charge of the final quote price will be added.

  • If references provided are unclear or lacking, an additional 25% charge of the final quote price will be added.

  • You'll be notified if I added reference fees to the final quote price, so we can discuss it if needed.

  • Description of the wanted commission is required, the more details the better! You can also try to sketch your idea: I’ll take everything!

  • What you need to send me:

  • Type of commission

  • Pictures of the character/OC (A detailed word picture of your character or even picrew examples to help give me a visual idea!)

  • Picture(s) of pose idea(s) (Reference images! It is highly encouraged to have stock image references or drawing out a sketch to give me a general idea of what you want!)

  • Pictures of background(s) if you are getting a background.

  • Full Description: (i.e: who, doing what, where, when, why, for what)

  • Budget range

  • Any other things you can think of, or deem important (optional)

Commission Process/Workflow

After nailing out the details, getting the first invoice & giving the completion date if requested, I’ll start working on your commission.

  • Step 1 or Sketch stage
    I’ll sketch your idea with black and white values, then show it to you so you can choose and/or tweak it to your liking before I start the lineart.

  • Step 2 or Lineart stage
    I’ll line the piece according to the approved sketch. The pose can no longer be altered at this phase, but I will show it to you for minor tweaks/adjustments.

  • Step 3 or Color stage
    I’ll provide a picture of the commission with the flat colors for you to then tweak/adjust the colors to your liking.

  • Step 4 or Shade stage
    The most time-consuming part, I might not be able to update you as much as before because I’ll need to focus on the piece.
    However, feel free to DM me to see the advancement.

  • Step 5 or Sending files!
    Finally, you will receive a signed digital file via email/Discord!
    Once the commission is finished, no more changes or edits can be made.
    When I post the piece on social media, I’ll put a special watermark on it.

Revisions

  • You are given 4 revisions throughout the commission process at no charge.

  • Additional revisions will be charged 5-20% of base price, depending on complexity.

  • In the case where artistic freedom is given, I will work based on my judgement. However, if the client requests a scrapping of the scene in its majority or entirety, they'll be charged again.

  • Any mistakes from my end will be fixed for free!

Do’s and Don’t’s

Please keep my art & thematic style in mind when ordering.

  • I Don’t Do:

  • Pure mecha.

  • Anthro. (Still needs practice.)

  • NSFW.

  • Hateful content.

  • Imitation of any art style or artist.
